Earlier in January, we explored Sticking to Your New Year’s Resolutions. This post explored SMART goals, what goals might look like on a monthly basis, and setting up reward systems to motivate you towards your goals.
Now that we’re heading into February, recall your new year’s resolutions and consider the following questions:
Have you had the capacity to engage with your resolution? If not, what would resources or support to increase your capacity look like?
How intentional have you been over the past month in approaching your resolution? How would you like to maintain or change this heading into February?
Were you able to recall your resolution?
How helpful is your current method of tracking your resolution, if any?
How much does your resolution still resonate with you? Have your priorities changed?
Remember that you set your own goals. You are able to change and alter your resolution with intention and engagement. Consistent processing and reflection takes time, so allow yourself the space to explore what truly may be important for you.
