Therapist Spotlight: Noelia Agramonte

About Me

My name is Noelia Agramonte. I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Andrew University. And I am also a social work intern at GPS Guide to Personal Solutions.

My interest in psychology began during my teenage years. But not until my experience serving the church did I develop my passion for helping others. I was driven by the idea of supporting people in finding and holding onto a sense of inner peace—especially during difficult times in life. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges, build resilience, and strengthen the skills that promote emotional well-being and personal growth.

My Approach

I primarily use a solution-focused approach, helping clients identify strengths, set meaningful goals, and move toward positive change. At the same time, I combine Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic/Psychoanalysis, Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman to tailor to the client’s unique needs and experiences.

Who I Work With

I tend to gravitate to working with young adults and adults and provide passionate, culturally attuned, and supportive care to clients. While I don’t limit myself to one specialty, I am committed to meeting clients where they are and supporting their personal growth.

What to Expect in the First Session

In our first session, I tend to be all ears. I want to understand your story and make you feel comfortable expressing yourself with me. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can begin to explore what’s on your mind.

Availability

I am currently accepting new clients and primarily offer telehealth sessions. I work from 10 AM to 4 PM from Tuesday to Thursday.

Self-Care

Outside of my work, I value taking care of my own well-being by reading and spending quality time with loved ones.

I want clients to know

I want my clients to know that I understand what it means to be human and all the good and bad that comes with it. This perspective allows me to hold space for my clients with empathy, compassion, and without judgment.

What Brings Me Joy

Dogs and cats! They are so lovely!
