Nicole is the founder of GPS. She started the Non-Profit in June of 2013. Her dedication is to accessible mental health services to everyone who wants or needs them in the Greater Lansing Area.

Nicole's priorities in starting the Non-Profit included the following goals:

• Meet the needs of underinsured or uninsured people in the Greater Lansing Area who are seeking services.

• When working with outside funders of services, make sure the funders are getting what they are paying for. GPS has continued to surpass expectations of the audits conducted.

• Social workers and counselors often times are the most underpaid workers in non-profit agencies. Nicole created a business model that increases the compensation for therapists in comparison to other non-profit organizations in the area.
