Jason believes that suffering, whether it be the death of a loved one or basic dissatisfaction with a job, is a core tenet of life. Therapy can provide the tools and skills to develop methods of responding to suffering. Most important is his method of client-centered therapy, which focuses on the individual and their choices to discover their inner self and how they seek to develop more fulfilling relationships, improve their communication skills, and achieve personal goals. In his personal life.
Jason enjoys learning about new cultures, traveling, and spending time with his family and two dogs.
