What to expect: During therapy, we are likely to uncover long-held beliefs and perceptions which may be negatively impacting your current behaviors and holding you back from experiencing a fulfilling and meaningful life. At times, life can be challenging and while we can't change the past, we can learn to understand and resolve challenges in our present. Therapy can help you to uncover your true potential and lead a life that is more balanced and fulfilling. With sensitivity and compassion, Lara provides a warm and non-judgmental atmosphere to share these delicate thoughts and emotions. The decision to seek help can be difficult, but choosing to do so shows incredible strength and willingness to learn, grow, and overcome. ~ namaste
