
GPS – Guide to Personal Solutions is a non profit private operating foundation 501(c)3 based in Lansing, Michigan. GPS's main goal is to be the link the Greater Lansing Area and Michigan through in person and telehealth services with therapists.
Therapists that GPS works with are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Recovery, Substance Abuse, DBT, and Experiential Therapy. They are trained to treat process Addictions (gambling, video game addictions, and others) as well as Mental Health for depression and anxiety, and most specialize in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
The therapists work with all ages, and provide both individual and group services. GPS would love to hear from you to discuss how we can match you with a professional who can help you develop a plan and support system for recovery.
Our office hours are: 9-7 Monday through Friday and by Appointment on Saturday
All therapists are independent contractors who run their own practices. GPS contracts with them to provide services and link the community to services.
